Chris was a finalist at the famous Rosemary Shragers School for Cooks at Swinton Park featured on ITV in 2007. He also worked with Michelin starred Chef Frances Atkins at the Renowned Yorke Arms in the Nidderdale Valley.
Chris trained as a chef upon leaving school, and worked at the Chandlers Restaurant at the beautiful coastal resort of Cullercoates. He then ventured to Turkey and worked at the Garden Restaurant on the seafront under the wall of Bodrum Castle. He has vast experience in catering for private and corporate functions, before accidentally falling into sales.
Through his career in sales he identified the need to provide companies and private functions with excellent food at reasonable prices. His creativity and flair for flavour and his understanding of food lovers needs drive his enthusiasm in creating wholesome, exhilarating and beautiful food with the client in mind.
